Exploring the role :

We are looking for a Specialist – Inside sales for the DaaS Business . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving increased sales of our platform by effectively communicating its features to customers. This role requires a deep understanding of sales, business development, product categories, market dynamics, and growth opportunities. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for implementing strategic and targeted action plans to achieve sales goals.

How Your Day Will Look Like / Job Responsibility

  • Work in tandem with the sales team to identify and reach out to potential OTA's , airlines cruises and car rentals
  • Focus primarily on targeting specific user groups within the OTA's and airlines, reaching out to them to generate and qualify leads.
  • Assist with execution and preparation of trade shows and sales calls, outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data, collect quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials, both online and offline
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest ensuring optimal coverage of all territories at all times.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to prospect new clients.
  • Enter contact information into contact management systems.
  • Maintain, improve and expand database of prospects. Establish, maintain and update files and records.
  • Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems(CRM - Salesforce).
  • Efficiently handle a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and participate in training programs to enhance selling skills

Education & Work Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside sales in SaaS / B2B space
  • Graduation / post-graduation in related fields with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Knowledge :

  • Comprehensive understanding of product offerings
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in identifying and prioritizing leads, and efficiently navigating them through the sales pipeline
  • Skills :

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and competitors&apos landscape.
  • Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Actively track trade shows and facilitate the scheduling of meetings.
  • Deliver compelling pitches to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving results
  • Deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficient in lead qualification and management techniques
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences
