We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to drive business development and sales for our PV (photovoltaic) cells across India. This role is based in Bangalore and is crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets by managing and growing key accounts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in industrial product sales and a proven track record of success in the solar PV industry.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development : Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key accounts throughout India.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation : Lead techno-commercial negotiations to achieve profitable and sustainable deals.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
- Presentations : Create and deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales and margin targets.
- Problem-Solving : Address client concerns and objections effectively and in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile
Education
A Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Business AdministrationExperience
5-10 years of experience with a strong preference for experience in the solar PV industry .Skills
