About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager – Modern Trade (MT) Sales to drive growth and visibility for DeHaat Honest Farms in the Modern Trade channel. You’ll be responsible for managing key retail accounts, building strong partnerships, and executing strategies that boost product availability, visibility, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
🔹 Manage and grow relationships with Modern Trade (MT) partners and retail chains.
🔹 Drive sales targets, category growth, and profitability for assigned accounts.
🔹 Plan and execute joint business plans (JBPs), trade promotions, and visibility initiatives.
🔹 Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market presence.
🔹 Ensure product availability, in-store branding, and planogram compliance.
🔹 Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless execution.
🔹 Track sales performance, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with leadership.
