Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with strong experience in the Tyre, Lubricants, or Battery industry to drive sales growth, expand market share, and build strong dealer and distributor relationships. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in channel sales, B2B sales, and retail network management, with a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket business.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve sales targets for assigned territory by driving primary and secondary sales.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market penetration.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Drive business growth through both retail and B2B channels.
2. Channel Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.Ensure effective product placement and visibility at point-of-sale.Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure availability and timely replenishment.Handle dealer issues, claims, and resolve disputes efficiently.3. Market Expansion & Strategy
Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within the region.Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and trends.Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.4. Team Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth operations.Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis.Train and mentor channel partners to drive better performance and productivity.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).8 to 15 years of proven sales experience in Tyre, Lubricant, Battery, or Automotive Aftermarket industry.Strong network of dealers, distributors, and B2B customers in North & West India.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.Key Competencies :
