About the Role :
As a Manager Client Acquisition at IndiaMART, you will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals focused on direct B2B client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone passionate about consultative sales, with a strong understanding of building long-term client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding IndiaMARTs reach by acquiring new clients, driving team performance, and delivering consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 5–6 sales executives, driving productivity and efficiency.
- Plan and execute strategies to acquire new clients in alignment with company goals and sales processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to support individual and team development.
- Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through team motivation and effective field planning.
- Oversee sales support functions, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
- Implement sales promotion schemes and monitor effectiveness.
- Identify and analyze problem areas, take corrective actions, and leverage opportunities for revenue growth.
- Ensure 100% compliance with sales processes, documentation, and CRM usage.
Education :
MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)Minimum 50% in Graduation and MBAMinimum 70% in both 10th and 12thExperience :
2 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales and team managementPrior experience in managing direct sales teams is mandatoryAge : Up to 32 years
