Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Territory Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Investment Manager / Portfolio Manager / Area Manager – Real Estate to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategy development, and exceeding sales targets. This role requires expertise in market analysis, client relationship management, and team development, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Development
Oversee and mentor a team of sales agents, providing guidance and performance-driven coaching.
Conduct training programs to enhance the sales capabilities of team members.
Foster a high-performance culture that encourages motivation, accountability, and success.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and revenue goals.
Identify new market opportunities and devise action plans to capitalize on them.
Monitor sales activities, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.
Address client enquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Market Analysis & Lead Generation
Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients through regular interactions (in person, phone, and email).
Conduct Cold Calling, Client meetings, and Presentations to generate new business.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
Oversee lead generation efforts, ensuring the team efficiently follows up on potential clients.
Implement data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and team performance to make data-driven decisions.
Track sales performance and contribute to achieving monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
6. Deal Negotiation & Closing
Assist in high-value negotiations and closing major transactions.
Provide expertise and support to the sales team during critical deal-making processes.
Ensure contracts and agreements are structured to protect both client and company interests.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year Experiance needed for the Individual Contributor Role. ( Investment Manager, Sr. Investment Manager, Area Manager & Portfolio Manager ).
5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales & B2C Sales , with at least 2+ years in a Team Handling Role for Senior Territory Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager & BDMs
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Experience in a sales-driven industry such as Pharma, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Insurance, or Real Estate.
CTC Bracket for Individual Contributor Role : ₹3L- ₹ 6L (Depending on experience and current CTC)
CTC Bracket for Managerial Roles : ₹5L-₹13L (Depending on experience and current CTC)
