Job descriptionCPP / FPC must with strong HCM domain expertise. Preference of 5+ years of HCM product experience. Experience in Product Support and Customer Support. Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify and resolve issues. Excellent Communication skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction. Ability to manage escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Experience in a leadership role is a plus. Bachelor's degree / MBA in a relevant field.
Role Description :
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Lead, Product Support.
- The Lead, Product Support will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of product support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving complex issues.
- Additional tasks include coordinating with various teams, managing escalations, analyzing trends to improve support processes, and providing high-quality customer service.
