Your Responsibilities at Infinx :
- Define and Prioritize Platform Initiatives : Collaborate with Product Leadership to set a clear strategy and roadmap for high-impact, data-centric platform features.
- Manage Full Product Lifecycle : Drive product development from concept to launch with the engineering team, ensuring each release meets performance, quality, and timeline goals.
- Leverage Data and KPIs : Use metrics, analytics, and market research to shape your backlog, make informed decisions, and balance feature trade-offs.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with design, QA, marketing, and operations to synchronize releases and deliver solutions that resonate with users.
- Oversee Product Launches : Steer go-to-market strategies, align stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements.
- Adopt an Ownership Mindset : Base product decisions on rigorous logic, thorough analysis, and an unwavering commitment to delivering customer value.

Who's Our Ideal Candidate?
4+ years of product management experience, ideally with a development background (platform or data platforms experience a major plus).Proficient in Agile and SDLC methodologies; familiarity with tools like JIRA is a bonus.Strong analytical mindset—you base decisions on data and market evidence.SaaS / PaaS background strongly preferred; healthcare / Health IT knowledge is a differentiator.Skilled at working across global teams and time zones.Creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
