Job Title : Senior Key Account Executive

Location : Navi Mumbai / Khalapur Facility

Industry : Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG

Job Description :

We are hiring a Key Account Senior Executive to support client accounts, coordinate project activities, and ensure seamless execution of new product development (NPD) initiatives and existing orders. The role involves close interaction with clients and internal teams such as R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance to meet delivery schedules and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a key point of contact for brand clients and ensure proactive communication
  • Support the execution of NPD projects and existing orders by coordinating with internal teams
  • Monitor project timelines, update clients and management, and address potential risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, supply chain, and packaging vendors
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for client approvals, timelines, and feedback
  • Help resolve operational challenges and improve client satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines

Skills & Qualifications :

✅ bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Cosmetics, or related fields

✅ 3–5 years’ experience in key account handling, client servicing, or project coordination

✅ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations

✅ Exposure to cosmetic, pharmaceutical or FMCG industries is preferred

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
