Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Academic Excellence Manager to lead and mentor AEMs in the Delhi & North Region. The Sr. AEM will oversee regional academic operations, guide partner schools, and ensure the smooth implementation of SpeEdLabs' programs while also managing selected schools directly.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor Academic Excellence Managers across the Delhi & North Region.

Act as an escalation point for academic and operational issues in partner schools.

Conduct regular school visits (15–20 days / month) to monitor implementation quality.

Train teachers and coordinators on SpeEdLabs' platform, tools, and methodology.

Build and maintain strong relationships with principals and school leadership teams.

Ensure delivery excellence, prepare performance reports, and share regional insights.

Collaborate closely with the product, training, and sales teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Education, Science, or Management.

4–8 years of experience in academics, school coordination, or the edtech industry.

Prior team management or regional operations experience preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.

Willingness to travel across the North Region (15–20 days / month).

Must have a laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.
