Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to drive product visibility and sales.
- Ensure product availability and maintain adequate stock levels at retail outlets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor daily sales performance.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Plan and execute local promotional activities to enhance product reach.
- Conduct daily market visits and submit regular sales reports to management.
Experience :
Minimum 1 year in the FMCG industry (Retail / Distribution / Channel Sales preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skillsComfortable with field sales and frequent travelShould own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if applicable)Salary : - 20,000 – 25,000 (in hand per month)
