Candidate must have experience In Gov. sales in IT Solutions & Services.
Strong experience in hard core sales, government and non-government project bidding processes, managing the complete lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and tenders.
Job Description :
The candidate should have working knowledge and experience in :
- Sales Strategy & Business Development :
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
- IT Solution & Service Sales :
- Selling IT services and solutions and application development services.
- Experience in selling managed services (L1 / L2 / L3) and software solutions.
- Team Leadership :
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
- Planning and reviewing team performance, solving challenges, and enhancing productivity.
- Proposal & Bid Management :
- Managing the complete lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and tenders.
- Strong experience in government and non-government project bidding processes.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management :
- Building strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers.
- Conducting regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence :
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilizing market data to identify new sales opportunities.
- Revenue & Forecast Management :
- Ensuring accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and achieving quarterly / annual targets.
- Tracking sales metrics and providing regular reports to senior management.
- Digital Sales & Online Channels :
- Experience in leveraging digital platforms for lead generation and sales conversions.
- Developing online sales strategies and overseeing digital campaigns.
- Pre-sales Support & Collaboration :
- Working closely with technical teams to provide client-centric solutions.
- Assisting in solution presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Compliance & Process Adherence :
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, legal standards, and client requirements.
- Streamlining the sales process for operational efficiency.
Preferred Skills :
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of IT products, services, and emerging technologies.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM tools / etc. and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with global markets and cross-cultural communication.Reporting to : Senior Management
