Channel Sales Head - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and lead the overall sourcing org structure (CP managers, corporate tie-ups, activations)
• Develop incentive frameworks for CPs aligned with business goals
• Personally engage with top-tier CPs & institutional partners to drive quick closures
• Hire, mentor & lead sourcing managers and executives
• Drive CP engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms
• Report CP sourcing contribution distinctly (visits, bookings, revenue share)
