Director - Digital transformation

As a Director - Digital Transformation (Client Partner) , you will play a pivotal role in identifying, fostering, and incubating large-scale digital transformation projects for government entities at both central and state levels. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture deep relationships with senior-level government officers, understand their critical pain points and challenges, and propose innovative digital solutions that can deliver substantial impact on government services and, ultimately, citizens' lives. This position reports directly to the CEO of the Wadhwani Government Digital Transformation unit.

Key Responsibilities

Government Engagement :

• Engage with Senior Government Officials : Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior-level officers and decision-makers across various government departments, ministries, and agencies at both the Central and select State levels.
• Understand Government Pain Points : Conduct in-depth discussions and comprehensive needs assessments to pinpoint critical pain points, operational challenges, and untapped opportunities within government operations and service delivery.
