Key Responsibilities :

1. Government Engagement Support :

  • Support Senior Client Partners : Assist Digital Transformation Client Partners in building and maintaining relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Meeting Preparation : Help prepare materials and documentation for meetings with government clients, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available.

2. Opportunity Identification :

  • Research and Analysis : Conduct research on government policies, industry trends, and emerging technologies to contribute to the identification of digital transformation opportunities.
  • Data Collection : Gather relevant data and information to support proposal development and decision-making.
  • 3. Proposal Development :

  • Assist in Proposal Creation : Collaborate with Client Partners to draft project proposals, including researching and documenting relevant data and information.
  • Documentation : Ensure that all proposal documents are well-organized and up to date.
  • 4. Relationship Management :

  • Client Communications : Communicate with government clients as directed, providing updates, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries.
  • Meeting Follow-ups : Assist in follow-up actions and communications after client meetings, ensuring that commitments are met.
  • 5. Business Acumen :

  • Stay Informed : Keep abreast of industry news, technological advancements, and government policies that may impact project proposals and client engagements.
  • Financial Understanding : Support in financial aspects of project proposals, such as budgeting and cost analysis.
  • 6. Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience (8+ years) in a support role, client-facing or research-oriented roles are a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
  • Eagerness to learn about government processes, technology trends, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
