Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager who will own the vision, strategy, and execution of high-impact digital products.
This role requires a blend of business acumen, customer empathy, and technical expertise, with a proven track record in SaaS or technology product environments.
You will partner with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to build products that drive measurable outcomes, strengthen customer engagement, and scale across industries.

Key Responsibilities :
- Vision & Strategy : Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.
- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable product features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, engineering, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Market Insights : Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user research to refine product positioning and identify opportunities.
- Backlog Prioritization : Maintain and prioritize the product backlog by balancing customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Performance Monitoring : Define and track KPIs and product analytics to measure success, optimize features, and drive continuous improvements.
- Product Launches : Oversee seamless product launches and manage post-release updates, adoption metrics, and customer feedback loops.
- Evangelism : Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision and value to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.Experience :
812 years of total experience, with 6+ years in product management roles.Proven background in SaaS / technology product environments.Methodologies : Strong grasp of Agile / Scrum methodologies with experience leading sprints and product delivery cycles.Technical Knowledge : Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, working closely with engineering teams.Tools & Analytics : Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or equivalent tools.Leadership & Communication : Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Preferred : Experience in digital transformation programs across BFSI, Retail, or Consumer Goods domains.Why Join Us?
