Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Head located in Thane for our Pre-School segment. The Franchise Head will be responsible for setting up the Franchise vertical, overseeing the operations and growth of our franchise locations. It will be an end-to-end responsibility right from lead generation to setting up the franchises and managing operations of the same. Key tasks include developing strategies for franchise expansion, managing franchisee relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing support to franchisees. The role also involves conducting regular performance assessments, facilitating training programs, and collaborating closely with the management team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Management, Business Development, and Strategy Planning
• Strong leadership, Communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Operations Management, Compliance, and Training & Development
• Ability to analyze financial statements, market trends, and performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
