About the Role

We’re looking for a Promo Head who can blend business thinking, creative instinct, and

problem-solving into one growth engine. You’ll be responsible for how millions discover and

engage with our micro-dramas, building and scaling a high-performing promo setup from the

ground up.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, performance marketing, and strategy,

demanding both creative leadership and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the promo engine : Own end-to-end setup across Facebook,

Google, and new channels, driving sustainable growth in installs, engagement, and

ROI.
