Job descriptionAs the Franchise Training Head you will be responsible for driving the learning and development agenda for Business Operations and Franchisee teams. You will play a pivotal role in identifying training needs, designing Impactful learning solutions, and ensuring effective delivery across programs. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders. Conduct monthly meetings with department heads to identify training needs for BO-Ops and franchisee teams. Collaborate with managers to define team-specific training requirements. Coordinate and deliver soft-skill and functional training programs for associates. Monitor training outcomes through regular reviews and align with business goals. Drive execution of training programs Organize Train the Trainer (TTT) programs to strengthen internal training capability. Ensure compliance and coverage of all mandated e-learning modules. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in consultation with stakeholders. Lead and mentor a 30-member training team. Build expertise in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to training. Plan and execute franchisee seminars across regions to drive performance. Champion digital learning initiatives to improve training efficiency and reach.
