About The Role

We are seeking a Workday PRISM Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Studio, SSK, and integrations , capable of handling solution design, development, testing, and production support. The consultant will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Workday integration solutions that meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Requirements & Definition : Investigate business and technical requirements, collaborate with analysts and architects, and achieve consensus on organizational priorities.
• Solution Design : Design Workday PRISM solutions and integrations that align with client requirements.
• Hands-On Integration Development : Utilize Workday Studio and SSK to develop integrations between Workday and other HR / business systems.
• Client Sessions : Conduct sessions with client personnel to validate integration requirements and functionalities.
• Application Testing : Assist in testing Workday solutions and integrations, ensuring alignment with implementation scenarios.
• Production Support : Provide post-deployment support, monitor integrations, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Production Rollout : Support deployment of Workday solutions to production environments and address stakeholder needs effectively.
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate with mid- and senior-level management to understand priorities, manage issues, and improve collaboration.
• Global Collaboration : Leverage synergies across global systems to enhance Workday integration and operational efficiency.
