Workday / Prism Developer

Job Title : Workday Report / Prism Developer

Experience : 4-6 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Migrate approximately 130 existing SQL Server reports into Workday scheduled reports, ensuring seamless transition and integration within the Workday environment.
• Assist in designing, developing, and delivering new reports to support current and future business requirements.
• Support efforts to reduce SQL dependency by optimizing reporting workflows and automating processes within Workday and Prism.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective Workday reports.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to upskill the existing team, enabling them to manage BAU reporting activities effectively.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, adhering to project timelines and standards.
