Workday Consultant

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and technically strong Workday Consultant with proven hands-on experience in the Benefits, Security, and Compensation modules of Workday HCM(Configuration). This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team, delivering cutting-edge HR technology solutions and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Note : Workday certification is preferred but not mandatory  for candidates with strong technical expertise and implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead configuration and deployment of 1)Workday Benefits / 2)Security / 3)Compensation modules / 4)Workday Consultant Core HCM (Configuration) / 5) Workday Integration with PECI
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Build and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and business processes in Workday.
• Ensure robust security configurations and compliance with enterprise and legal data standards.
• Support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and post-go-live support activities.
• Work closely with functional teams for integrations, UAT, data validation, and cutover activities.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Train end users and prepare documentation for knowledge transfer and support continuity.
• Continuously optimize system configuration based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
