Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Malappuram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, monitoring sales performance, and providing regular sales reports to senior management.

Experience in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities

Customer Relationship Management skills

Market Analysis and Reporting skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the construction industry is a plus
