Role : Manager - Any 5+ years
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Manager Sales to lead business growth for our HRMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in enterprise sales, proven leadership in building client relationships, and a strong background in driving technology solution adoption within diverse Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for HRMS software and related products.
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Conduct in-depth market research to track emerging HR technology trends, competitor activities, and new market segments.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads while building strong relationships with clients.
- Drive revenue growth by closing deals and expanding the HRMS customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, implementation, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Oversee key account management activities, including contract renewals, timely payment collection, and resolution of client Minimum of 5 years of proven sales / business development experience, with at least 5 years in HRMS or enterprise software solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies in HRMS.
