F-Secure - Senior Engineering Manager

What You Will Do In This Role :

• Lead Technical Delivery : Own end-to-end delivery of partner / customer customizations from inception to production, driving architectural decisions and technical strategy for complex implementations while ensuring high-quality, timely solutions.
• Build & Scale Teams : Hire, develop, and scale diverse engineering teams based on business needs, creating effective onboarding processes and building talent pipelines for sustainable growth.
• Drive Engineering Excellence : Establish and maintain engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across the organization, creating libraries and templates that accelerate delivery and ensure consistency.
• Champion Innovation & Automation : Lead AI-powered innovation and automation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, reduce manual effort, and implement cutting-edge solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Implement Modern Practices : Drive Agile / SAFe transformation and modern engineering practices including CI / CD and DevOps, fostering continuous improvement in development processes across all teams.
• Manage External Partnerships : Coordinate and govern subcontractor / vendor delivery, establishing clear expectations and performance standards while building effective partnerships that extend team capabilities.
• Develop High-Performing Teams : Lead performance management, provide mentorship and feedback, set clear goals, and create career development opportunities while maintaining high team morale and engagement.
• Ensure Quality Delivery : Implement quality gates and review processes throughout the development lifecycle, establishing metrics to measure and continuously improve delivery outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
