Engineering Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Technical Manager to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive industry experience, including at least 7 years in a technical management role. This position requires a rare blend of deep technical knowledge, a strong architectural background, and a passion for building, mentoring, and retaining world-class engineering teams. You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of highly scalable and performant software, while fostering an agile and fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical & Architectural Leadership :

• Lead the design and architecture of highly scalable server systems, leveraging a strong background in Java / Node.js.
• Drive the technical vision and ensure the team is building world-class software that meets high standards of performance and reliability.
• Utilize a deep understanding of both RDBMS and NoSQL systems to architect efficient data solutions.
