We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager (Diversity role) to lead our engineering team. This role requires strong expertise in Backend Development, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML), along with proven engineering leadership experience and a passion for innovation.

Experience Level - 15 - 20 Years.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership

Provide technical direction and mentorship to the team.
Stay current with trends in cloud, AI, and ML, and shape the product’s technical vision.
Be hands-on in architecture, design, and implementation of scalable solutions.

Team Management

Manage hiring, performance, and growth for the engineering team.

Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and learning-focused culture.

Set goals, offer feedback, and support team success.

Project Delivery

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Lead engineering execution from concept to release.

Manage risks and ensure alignment with business needs.

Technical Strategy

Define and drive a technical roadmap that supports business goals.

Recommend technologies and frameworks to enhance capabilities.

Work closely with leadership to align tech strategy with market trends.

Stakeholder Management

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Build strong relationships with leadership and partners.

Ensure alignment of engineering outcomes with business expectations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering leadership role.

Experience building full-stack solutions with microservices (Java) and micro-frontends.

Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Exposure to AI / ML and GenAI; willingness to experiment and innovate.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS / GCP Architect) are a plus.
