Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Strategy & Program Development
l Design and implement scalable, outcome-driven learning strategies aligned with business goals.
l Lead the end-to-end process of TNA (Training Needs Analysis), content development, delivery, and impact measurement.
l Develop functional, behavioral, and leadership training programs for corporate, retail, call center, and distribution center teams.
l Drive and oversee Group-level training initiatives across all locations, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment of learning interventions with business priorities.
2. Leadership & Talent Development
l Design and deliver programs for high-potential talent and succession planning.
l Implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and execute Assessment & Development Centers.
l Build internal coaching capability and foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
3. Digital Learning & LMS Management
l Oversee the management and enhancement of LMS platforms
l Drive adoption of digital learning and curate content aligned to evolving workforce needs.
l Lead cost-effective decentralization of training initiatives through tech-based learning strategies.
4. Organizational Development & Change Management
l Spearhead strategic OD projects including on-boarding transformation, talent mobility, and leadership pipelines.
l Design interventions for improving engagement, retention, and internal capability building.
l Drive culture change and manage resistance through structured change management frameworks.
5. Stakeholder & Team Management
l Lead and mentor a large, geographically dispersed team of trainers and L&D professionals.
l Collaborate with business heads, HRBPs, and department leads to align L&D initiatives with enterprise needs.
l Manage L&D budgets, vendors, and external partners for high-impact execution.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
l Education : PGDBM / MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
l Certifications (Preferred) : Train the Trainer, Competency Mapping, Talent Assessment, DISC, POSH, Virtual Training Mastery.
l Experience : 1 5 – 20 years of progressive L&D experience; at least 3–4 years in a leadership L&D / OD role with team management.
l Industry Exposure : Retail, Pharma, Manufacturing, FMCG, Consulting preferred.
