Role Overview

As a  Sales Associate , you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients into long-term partners. You will use AI-driven tools and modern outreach methods to build relationships with senior decision-makers in creative agencies and brands. This is an opportunity to learn the business of modern content creation while actively contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence :  Use AI tools to research industries, identify opportunities, and build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Business Development :  Support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by identifying prospects, mapping key decision-makers, and refining outreach strategies.
  • Outreach & Lead Generation :  Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, in-person meetings).
  • Relationship Building :  Engage with senior leaders (Creative Directors, Account Heads, Brand Managers) to understand needs and position Craving Digital as their creative partner.
  • Pitching & Presentations :  Assist in preparing and delivering compelling pitches supported by case studies and insights.
  • Performance Tracking :  Use CRM tools to track leads, measure outreach effectiveness, and refine strategies.
  • Sales Closures : Logical end to the process by converting leads and strategy into numbers by virtue of delivering consistent sales month on month.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education :  Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field). Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are welcome.
  • Skills & Attributes :
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in AI, technology, and creative industries.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and data enrichment platforms (a plus).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural sensitivity, especially towards Indian and global markets.
  • Growth and hungry mindset.
