As our Assistant Manager - Brand, you'll be at the helm of this journey — leading campaigns, crafting category narratives, and ensuring we show up meaningfully in every scroll, shelf, and conversation.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategies to build equity and drive top-line growth
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, offline, and retail touchpoints
- Craft compelling consumer journeys through innovative storytelling, content creation, and GTM (go-to-market) strategies
2. Digital Marketing & Performance Management
Oversee and optimize performance across SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and social platformsAnalyze campaign data to improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and increase retention and AOVCollaborate with in-house and agency teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns3. Product & Category Management
Conduct consumer and market analysis to guide product development and positioningPlan and execute product launches and assortment strategies, including pricing and bundlingOwn demand forecasting and inventory planning for category success4. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
Identify and onboard relevant influencers and partners to drive brand visibility and credibilityDevelop influencer-led campaigns with measurable outcomesMaintain strong relationships with external collaborators and cross-functional teams5. Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Track and report key brand KPIs including engagement, market share, brand health, and profitabilityConduct ongoing analysis of market trends and competitor activityDrive innovation through experimentation and data-driven insightsQualifications & Skills :
5–7 years of brand or marketing experience in consumer products, D2C, or digital-first brandsStrong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and campaign analyticsHands-on experience managing influencer campaigns, media buying, and digital performanceAbility to translate consumer insights into creative brand actionsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skillsProficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, CRM / email platforms, and eCommerce analyticsExperience with wellness, skincare, or healthcare brands is a strong plusShow more
