Job Description : Creative Producer
Location : Mumbai
Role Overview : The Creative Producer will handle day-to-day project management and execution within a specific vertical, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Production. As part of a team of 2-3 producers, this role focuses on managing production tasks from brief to delivery, adhering to all internal and external processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in production and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.
- Process Adherence : Ensure compliance with all due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records and updates.
- Execution Oversight : Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.
- Client Support : Assist in client communications as needed, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations under the AD's direction.
- Risk Monitoring : Identify potential delays or issues early, escalating to the Associate Director as required, and implementing corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement : Contribute to process enhancements and team efficiency by sharing insights from daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience : 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments; familiarity with BFSI or Non-BFSI sectors is a plus.Project Management : Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.Technical Knowledge : Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field.Key Competencies :
