We are seeking a Guest Relation Executive to join our team at Jawai, Rajasthan. Salary : 20 -35k - Food and accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about the hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
