Office Boy

Job Summary :

The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the office, supporting staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve tea / coffee / water to staff and visitors.

Clean the office, including desks, floors, and restrooms.

Assist in filing documents, photocopying, scanning, and other basic admin tasks.

Handle incoming and outgoing couriers / documents.

Run errands outside the office (e.g., bank, post office, etc.).

Maintain stock of office supplies and pantry items.

Support staff in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments.

Ensure timely disposal of waste and office hygiene.

Qualifications :

Minimum 10th pass (preferred).

Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.

Honest, reliable, and physically fit.

Polite and disciplined behavior.
