👥 HR & Admin Executive at AnandBodh
At AnandBodh , people are our greatest strength. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team and ensure that our workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and harmoniously.
This role goes beyond paperwork — you’ll help shape a workplace culture that is aligned with our values of wellness, integrity, and growth , while also supporting day-to-day HR and administrative functions.
💼 Key Responsibilities
📂 Maintain physical & digital employee records (contracts, leave requests, documentation).
🗂️ Update internal HR databases with new hire and employee information.
📑 Create and circulate guidelines, FAQs, and policy documents for staff.
💰 Support payroll by gathering and managing data like working days, bank accounts, etc.
📢 Post, update, and remove job ads as per hiring requirements.
📅 Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and support the recruitment process.
📊 Prepare HR reports and presentations (hiring stats, employee metrics, etc.).
🎓 Develop training material and onboarding programs for new employees.
🤝 Respond to employee queries on policies, benefits, and entitlements.
✅ Requirements & Qualifications
👩💼 Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer / Assistant or in a similar role.
💻 Familiarity with HR software / HRIS and comfort with spreadsheets.
⚖️ Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
📋 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
💬 Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
🎓 Degree in HR Management (BBA / MBA preferred) or related field.
