Purpose of Role

Hiring Transport Manager who is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation of students and staff. This includes managing school buses routing System, pick up and drop timings and point schedules, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations

Transport Manager - Key Responsibilities

• Fleet Management : Supervise daily operations of school buses and other transport vehicles.
• Route Planning : Design and optimize bus routes for timely and safe pick-up / drop-off
• Safety Compliance : Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and are regularly inspected.
• Maintenance Oversight : Schedule and track vehicle servicing, repairs, and cleanliness.
• Budgeting & Cost Control : Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Record Keeping : Maintain logs for vehicle usage, driver attendance, fuel consumption, and incidents.
• Emergency Handling : Coordinate response plans for breakdowns, accidents, or delays.
• Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with parents, staff, and vendors regarding transport-related concerns
