Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Transport Executive to support and manage daily transport operations serving the client's employees across Hyderabad's Aquila and Centaurus locations. This role requires an operationally-focused professional who can seamlessly work between both sites, ensuring reliable and efficient transportation services while maintaining high standards of employee satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Transport Operations Support
- Support daily transport operations for the client's employees across both locations
- Monitor vehicle schedules, route assignments, and driver deployments
- Coordinate real-time transport adjustments and handle service disruptions
- Track vehicle movements using GPS systems and transport management software
- Manage employee transport requests, route changes, and special arrangements
- Ensure optimal fleet utilization and route efficiency throughout the day
Multi-Location Flexibility
Operate seamlessly between Aquila and Centaurus locations as per operational needsMaintain consistent service standards and operational procedures across both sitesSupport coordination of transport services between locationsAdapt to varying employee transport patterns and demand at each siteFacilitate effective communication between transport teams at both locationsEmployee Service & Support
Handle employee transport queries, complaints, and service requestsProcess new transport registrations and route assignmentsCoordinate special transport arrangements for late working employeesManage transport-related communications and service updatesSupport employee onboarding with transport orientation and informationMaintain employee transport databases and contact informationFleet & Vehicle Coordination
Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and service readinessCoordinate with drivers for route optimization and schedule adherenceTrack vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and operational metricsSupport vehicle inspections and maintenance coordinationHandle emergency vehicle replacements and backup arrangementsEnsure vehicles meet safety and cleanliness standardsVendor & Driver Management
Coordinate with transport vendors and service providersMonitor driver performance, punctuality, and service qualityHandle driver-related issues, feedback, and performance improvementsSupport vendor compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsAssist in driver training and orientation programsMaintain driver contact databases and communication channelsTransport Booking & Scheduling
Manage transport booking systems and employee registrationsProcess route changes, cancellations, and temporary transport requestsCoordinate transport schedules for special events and extended working hoursHandle ad-hoc transport requirements and emergency situationsSupport transport planning for office events and corporate functionsMaintain accurate records of transport bookings and utilizationReporting & Documentation
Generate daily transport reports and operational summariesTrack key performance metrics and service quality indicatorsMaintain transport operation logs and incident recordsSupport monthly reporting and performance analysisDocument employee feedback and service improvement suggestionsAssist in budget tracking and cost management reportingSafety & Compliance Support
Support compliance with transport safety regulations and protocolsMonitor adherence to traffic rules and safety standardsHandle incident reporting and documentation proceduresSupport driver safety training and awareness programsMaintain transport-related permits and compliance documentationAssist in emergency response and evacuation transport coordinationRequired Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Transport Management, Operations, or Business preferred)2-4 years of experience in transport operations, logistics, or fleet managementExperience in corporate transport services or employee shuttle operations preferredBackground in coordination roles with customer service exposureKnowledge of Hyderabad traffic patterns and routes is advantageousCore Competencies
