Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate transportation services for employees, clients, and visitors.
- Develop and implement transportation plans for efficient and cost-effective travel.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and improve service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits to identify gaps and optimize transportation processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analyze transportation data and metrics to measure performance and guide decision-making.
Job Requirements :
Strong understanding of transportation management principles and best practices.Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation-related software.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.Experience in budget management and resource planning.Graduate or postgraduate degree required.Skills Required
