We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our software development projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise in Java-based technologies with proven project management skills to drive project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the entire project lifecycle, from defining scope, goals, and deliverables to final project closure.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial scope.
• Assemble and guide project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Act as the central point of communication for all stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
• Leverage deep technical knowledge to guide development teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure technical solutions align with project goals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage changes to scope and schedule, and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Apply Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and final evaluations.
