Job Title : Technical Project Manager (Python | Java | GCP | Fintech Domain)

Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid Mandatory 3 days work from office)
Experience : 5+ Years

About the Role :

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development and program management, preferably in the US Banking or Fintech domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python, Java, SQL, and GCP, along with proven experience in managing technical projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Drive execution of projects involving Python, Java, SQL, and cloud-based solutions (GCP).

Implement Agile methodologies and best practices for project tracking, risk management, and delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients / stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Monitor project progress, identify risks / issues, and proactively drive resolutions.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Must-Have Skills :

5+ years of experience in software development & program / project management.

Strong expertise in Python, Java, SQL.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Proven track record of managing technical projects in BFSI / Fintech domain.

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Good-to-Have Skills :

Exposure to Machine Learning / AI-driven solutions.

Experience in US banking systems and regulatory frameworks.

Certifications like PMP, CSM, or GCP certifications.
