Job description5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development Strong proficiency in Spring Boot , Spring MVC , and Spring Security Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch Solid understanding of REST APIs , JSON , and HTTP protocols Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , or other containerization tools Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Knowledge of Git , Jenkins , and CI / CD workflows Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
At R Systems we are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performance services that power our core platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI / CD pipelines
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
