Performance Manager

Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager / Sr. Manager (Performance Marketing) to lead our top-of-the-funnel initiatives aimed at driving lead generation and digital brand awareness. This role will oversee all performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they deliver high ROI and align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should be :

• Highly skilled in leading teams that manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and online affiliates.
• 6+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital brand awareness across top-tier consumer startups.
• Proficient in scaling B2C marketing initiatives, with a proven track record of achieving results.
• A strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on approach.
• A natural leader with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams.
• Graduation from a Tier 1 college.

In true startup fashion, you’ll wear multiple hats and take ownership of key initiatives. Your responsibilities include :

Strategic Leadership :

Strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns to optimize ROI, reduce CPA, and maximize conversions.

Campaign Management :

Pixel-Level Tracking & Attribution :

Team Leadership :

Collaborate across teams (content, design, pre-sales, field sales) to optimize messaging, landing pages, and campaign outcomes.

Budget & Analytics :

Optimization & Innovation :

What You’ll Bring

Hands-on experience in :

oConversion tracking, pixel setup, and event tracking.

oManaging and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

oA / B testing and CRO techniques.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for execution and results. Location
