Area Sales Manager - Construction Materials
Sone India is hiring a self-motivated Area Sales Manager to drive regional sales operations in construction materials, focusing on our surfaces domain. This role involves developing a robust channel and dealer network , implementing effective distribution strategies, and maintaining a high-value customer base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage dealer and sub-dealer networks, especially in building material sectors.
- Manage product penetration, retail visibility, and territory-wise sales planning.
- Conduct field visits to identify business potential and drive brand positioning.
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams for execution-level sales.
- Maintain data on volume handled, targets achieved, and future forecasts.
- Collaborate with factory and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters in Business or a related field.Skills & Requirements :
Experience in dealer-driven B2B sales within the tile, marble, or sanitary ware sectors.Strong communication , reporting, and negotiation skills.Owns a personal vehicle for field visits.Must be comfortable with extensive local travel.Skills Required
