Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Jaipur and surrounding regions. The role requires a strong leader who can build, manage, and inspire sales teams, design effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across rural and urban segments.
- Conduct market research to track competition, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and trust.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance guidance to sales teams.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and ethical lending practices.
- Foster a culture of customer-centric service and high performance within the team.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).8-12 years of proven experience in Sales Management, preferably in the NBFC / financial services sector.Strong expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Penetration.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage large sales teams.Solid understanding of market research, customer relationship management, and client engagement.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Prior experience working in grassroots lending or rural financial services is highly desirable.(ref : iimjobs.com)
