Job Description : Assistant Facility Manager - Soft Services

Location -Noida

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Manager Soft Services to manage and enhance the delivery of soft services at the site. This role focuses on ensuring high standards in housekeeping client coordination and overall service quality while maintaining smooth day-to-day facility operations.

Soft Services Management

• Oversee housekeeping operations pantry services and office upkeep.
• Coordinate events client visits and ensure seamless stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvement plans for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health hygiene and safety standards.
