Design Manager & IBMS SME

About The Role

Job Description

1) Design of IBMS equipment, sizing, services layouts for data center projects

2) Review of customer RFP and preparing design documents to present to customer.

3) Ensuring design as per customer RFP & design standards getting completed seamlessly within stipulated timelines.

4) Review of detail design deliverables from consultants & driving them on quality deliverables.

5) Shall be able to take complete ownership of IBMS design and ensures no variation in BOQs during execution.

6) Shall be able to work as a design coordinator for entire design deliverables, coordinate with other SMEs, stakeholders and maintain DCI progress time to time and present in weekly design calls.

7) Shall have good communication skills to drive discussions, present technical documents to customers.

8) Support to site execution team on design front & testing / commissioning front.

9) Shall have very good experience in design of Fire System, IBMS, Access Control & CCTV systems etc.

10) Shall have good experience in Budgeting.

About The Candidate

Candidate shall be B. Tech (Instrumentation / Electronics) with 10yrs of overall Experience. Data Center design experience will be added advantage.
