About the Role :

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful Project Manager to oversee our design and creative operations.
  • This role requires strong expertise in project tracking, timeline management, cost estimation, and proposal creation, ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
  • As the Project Manager, you will act as the bridge between creative teams and business stakeholders, driving efficiency, ensuring deadlines are met, and enabling designers to focus on what they do best - innovation and creativity.
  • This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, and can bring structure to dynamic workflows while maintaining a collaborative and supportive approach.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management & Delivery :

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of design and creative projects from initiation to completion.
  • Track, allocate, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor budgets and resources, ensuring adherence to cost controls and profitability goals.
  • Prepare detailed estimates, timelines, and proposals in coordination with cross-functional teams.

    • Collaboration & Communication :

  • Act as the primary point of contact between designers, stakeholders, and business leaders.
  • Facilitate clear communication and provide status updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech) to enable smooth workflow integration.

    • Documentation & Reporting :

  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including briefs, reports, and tracking dashboards.
  • Generate performance insights and recommend process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps, implementing mitigation strategies.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a design or creative environment.
  • Strong understanding of design workflows, creative processes, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance structure and flexibility in a fast-paced, creative setup.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience in design agencies, digital marketing agencies, or in-house creative teams.
  • Knowledge of design terminology, tools, and creative workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
