Perfios - Product Design Manager - Figma / Sketch

What Youll Do :

• Lead end-to-end design for key products, from discovery through delivery
• Gather input, validate ideas, and manage feedback loops through collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
• Present design thinking with clarity, confidence, and empathy
• Structure product flows using strong information architecture and interaction design
• Push design quality by providing detailed feedback and driving standards
• Contribute in streamlining the design process using AI tools.
