Job Summary

• Provide direction, guidance to team of insurance specialists in a cluster to lead the Bancassurance business.
• To set performance management standards and provide the basis for performance challenge to accountable Insurance specialists.
• To embed distribution capabilities, for own team as well as, through RM activation.
