Role : Director / Associate Director / Senior Manager - GCC Sales
Experience : 10 - 20 years
Locations : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee all Capability and Innovations Hubs globally, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Manage the P&L for India, focusing on Captive / GIC business, and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to scale the company's presence in India, GCC, and with global clients.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

B.E. / B.Tech or any equivalent full-time degree + MBA (Preferred)
