JOB DESCRIPTION
Role : HR Manager / Lead - Operation
Job type : Permanent
Experience : 7+ years
NP – 30 Days / Immediate
Mode : In Hybrid WFO
Location : Pune Hinjewadi Phase III
JD Key Responsibilities
International Background Verification (BGV) : Manage and streamline the international background verification process to ensure compliance and accuracy in hiring.
HR Operations Management : Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Global HR Experience : Collaborate with HR teams across various regions to implement best practices and ensure consistency in HR operations globally.
Onboarding : Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Exit Interviews : Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve employee retention and workplace culture.
International Movement of Employees : Knowledge of movement of employees across international, ensuring compliance and company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on international HR practices.
Strong knowledge of international background verification processes and compliance. Experience in onboarding and exit interview processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in the European region.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
